Today's food: cupcake, yogurt, 3 clementines, chips and salsa, jello, mushroom cream sauce sausage, pork chop and potato, 1/2 rice krispie treat, apple cider

Today's exercise: (run 3 minutes, walk 2.5 minutes) X5
