Today's food: 12 oz pepsi, 2 pieces cinammon toast, pop tart, grilled cheese sandwich, watermelon, big chocolate chip cookie, glass of milk, fajitas with side of beans, 1/2 chocolate chip cookie

Today's exercise: day of rest

Somewhere in the history of this blog, you must have written something about "eating whatever the hell I want to" as part of your exercise experiment. I have never seen a more extensive list of delicious food written in one place.
