Today's blood pressure: forgot

Today's food: 2 clif bars, a lot of gatorade, 1 pint chocolate milk, mixed fruit chunks, yogurt, tri-tip steak, beans, potato chips, cookie, brownie, fried fish and shrimp with fries, a few sundae bites

Today's exercise: run 17.5 miles; 60 pushups
