Today's blood pressure: 150/106

Today's food: yogurt, 3 clementines, lucky wishbone (fries, steak fingers, chicken, toast), 1 liter mountain dew, flavio's (garlic fish, fries, some quesadilla, limonada)

Today's exercise: None - traveling to Mexico
