Today's weight: 202.4

Today's blood pressure: 140/91

Today's food: yogurt, can pepsi, corn nuts, jack in the box sirloin melt, curly fries, root beer float, 1/2 reeses blizzard, dirty rice with 3 scrambled eggs

Today's exercise: run 3 miles; 40 pushups
